2 years ago I set foot in the gym for the very first time and came to Sarah with zero experience, unable to do a bodyweight squat to save my life and a terrible relationship with food, with my daily calories being well under 1000.


But I never once felt judged by Sarah, I only ever felt supported, encouraged and inspired. I came from not knowing who I am and hating everything about myself to overcoming all of that, finding who I want to become and striving for that.

Last year I competed in my first Powerlifting competition and this year my second. I have a better relationship with food and have built my calories past 2000 a day. Sarah has always believed in me, pushed me and been
the best hype girl anyone could ask for. She has helped me become the person I’ve always wanted to be and I am forever grateful for that.
