Face-to-Face / Online Coaching
Terms and Conditions
8 Week Commitment
​
All clients must commit to a minimum of 8 weeks.
This means the client must pay for all of the 8 week
sessions, regardless if they are online or face to face.
​
Deposit
Client must pay for two weeks up front ($140 for Face to Face and $100 for Online). Half of this payment is included in initial purchase and the other is invoiced via training app. This money will be refunded when client finishes coaching if they have adhered to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy
All programs are subject to a 14 day grace period. Notification of cancellation is to be sent via email to admin@bodyforyou.com.au During the 14 day grace period, clients will continue
to receive the service they purchased in addition to being billed.
Clients may pay the remaining fees in full if they wish.

Absences
Clients may reschedule their session if 12 hours notice is provided prior to the session.
If 12 hours notice is not provided, client MUST pay for session regardless of their absence.
Any cancellations MUST be made via text to 0447077063.

Payments:
​
All sessions must be paid for one week prior to session and will be invoiced weekly
via the Body For You training app.
​
Failed payment
​
Body For You also holds the right to withhold services a failed payment occurs.
Deposit is lost if payment is not made within two days.
​
Illness/Injuries
​
Client agrees to sign the pre exercise form prior to commencing coaching.
They will inform Body For You of any exisiting injuries/illnesses which may affect their health, safety or wellbeing.
​
Freezing Coaching
​
Clients may freeze their program for both online and face to face coaching:
-For a maximum of 6 weeks for illness/injury.
Body For You has the right to request a doctors certificate before putting coaching on hold.
-For a maximum of 4 weeks for holiday/recreational periods.
-A minimum period of one week is required to put your coaching on freeze.
